Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Email Tools does not collect personal data from visitors. This page explains what information is processed when you use this site.

What we collect

We do not operate an email newsletter, user accounts, or any form that collects personal information. No cookies are set by this site beyond what is strictly necessary for site functionality (e.g., language preference).

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referral sources, device types). No individual visitor is tracked, fingerprinted, or identified. No data is shared with advertising networks.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link and visit a third-party site, that site may set its own cookies and collect data according to its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party data practices. All affiliate links are routed through /go/[tool] so you can identify them easily.

Third-party scripts

We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted — no requests are sent to Google Fonts or other external font services.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider may retain standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Email contact

If you contact us at contact@email-tools.me, your email address and message content are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your information.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we do not collect personal data in normal site operation, these rights are unlikely to apply. For any questions, contact contact@email-tools.me.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
